Returns & Exchanges

At Dialed Cycling Lab, we want to ensure your gear is perfectly tuned for your ride; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number and email address to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our lab technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
